Can I get a refund?

Once the service has started I’m afraid refunds won’t be available since the preparation work has already begun. However you can cancel monthly services at any time inline with the below.

How can I cancel?

For cancellation of monthly services, I request 1 months notice. While I recommend doing at least 6 months, you are able to cancel at any time. To cancel, please drop us an email and we will process the cancellation promptly for you.

Can I reschedule a live call?

Yes, we allow 1 reschedule of an agreed live session. Any further rescheduling will be at our discretion. Payment will still be due if you do not attend in line with our cancellation policy above.

How long should I take a service on for?

It depends on the service you’re after and I can advise on your particular situation individually but I tend to recommend at least 6 months for career and strategy services although it is flexible and many of my clients stay on significantly longer than this.

How do payments work?

Payments are usually monthly or one off unless otherwise specified and invoices will be available for each month. On set up I will provide payment details for where to make the payment out to.

Am I guaranteed results on the career and strategy services?

As with all artist or music business careers and mentoring, career strategy or educational services I can make no guarantees about future income or success as it is dependent on the client to be consistent, implement and work toward their chosen targets and their commitment and level of work will impact the results achieved. My work and client results shared show great examples of what can be achieved and I always encourage an ambitious and positive mindset, eager to put in the work and patient enough to build sustainably.
